Talk, Heal, Grow:

Transforming Mental Health

Clayton Echard's journey with mental health struggles began as early as 7th grade, but it wasn't until he found himself at the lowest point in his life, following multiple stings on reality television, that he began to get series with addressing the pain he felt inside.

He realized that much of the pain was from his past, a past which he thought time alone could heal. However, he now realizes the power conversation, both internally (within ourselves) and externally (with others), holds in healing our hearts.

Clayton pulls from his time as an NFL athlete and a reality TV star to captivate his audience and inspire them to look within for the answers that they seek.
